wideband A/F on dyno vs. auto tap

There's a copy of my dyno sheet with the A/F ratio. The sensor was placed in the tail pipe. Is this too far away from the 02 sensors to be accurate? It was around 11.9 with a slight dip at higher rpms. I also had my car auto tapped. If I remember correctly the 02's were around .890. I'v heard the 02 sensors in our cars are inacurate. I'm just wondering if I would benefit from getting MAF ends. When you get MAF ends, does this automaticaly descreen your stock MAF?

Re: wideband A/F on dyno vs. auto tap
i personaly dont like to use the O2 sensors for A/F readings, I did 2 dyno pulls, one showed an OK reading on one bank and a rich on the other bank, the other showed a lean condition, but BOTH dynos were lean, like 13.8 to 1 lean.
