I'm running on a 114LSA

I'm not really sure about any specifics of the tune(first timer). I did however find it strange that he only did 2 pulls, and said it was "perfect." He said that my injectors were at 100%, and were overspraying around 6100rpm. Heres my graph...

I smell gas on cold starts too, but that goes away as the engine gets warmer.

The question is not about your WOT A/F, but what did the tuner do for part throttle? Did he drive around with a wideband to dial in part throttle? Did he drive it under load on a Mustang dyno with a wideband band hooked up? Changes to your timing?

If you have cats in a stock location, I found that it is harder to get an accurate wideband reading because you are mostly likely measuring after cat A/F. I'd take a look at your LTRIMs and see if they are whacked.

Cats are in the stock location. I didn't see him do any driving around at part throttle, only wide open pulls.

Must be a tune issue... When i was noob and "tuned" my car the predator, i put in the 160 stat, then i programmed my fans to kick in before the fuel curve, and that along killed about 10mpg off of the top! That lasted about a week and it wasnt worth it...

Well, from the sounds of things, he gave you a dyno number tune, in other words, he tuned your car in order to give you a dyno number. That is fine if all you are concerned with is staging the car and blasting down the quarter mile. But if you plan on driving it on the street, you need to tune it as you drive it. Specifically, you may be running extremely rich at part throttle and wasting tons of gas and losing drivability at the same time. Most places aren't interested in doing part throttle tunes because it's hard to quantitate better drivability. It's easy to show before and after dyno tunes at WOT from a full throttle blast, but normal driving conditions are more difficult to show.

I'll put it this way, it took me and a friend 2-3 hours driving around to work on my drivability and I gained a lot of part throttle power and my mpg went up 2-3 mpg overall.

It may have something to do with your fuel at idle. I talked to a locla tuner here who told me that trying to tune idle with a wideband is a huge mistake. You end up dumping WAY too much fuel in to get it back to 12:1. You should see if yuor headers glow at idle at night. This can be a sign of too much fuel.
