well my damn radio is in theft loc mode now and I have no way of getting the code. After repeatedly trying the things told (pressing 2&3...) now the stupid thing just says INOP what can I do? I am guessing I will have to take it to the dealer to do the tech 2 thing which they want $40-50 to do!!

 

I'm in the same situation as you. I know how to get the code off the unit but once you get the code there is a 1800 number that the dealer would call to have them descramble the code into the code that's on the unit. Once the unit is in "Inop" mode you must leave it powered on continuously for an hour I believe and then it will go back into the "Loc" mode. I've found all the info about this on the net so far EXCEPT for the damn 1800 number. Anyone have this? Help us out please
