I wouldn't trust a single spring with that lift. I run the max of 573 lift and had some 918s break. I was lucky a valve didn't drop. Duals are the safer way to go.

918's are fine for your application. when they came out with the dual spring they lowered the lift rate of the 918's to .600 from .625- spring is the same. Just keep an eye on the mileage on the springs and check them every now and then- you should be doing that with aftermarket springs.
