I was thinking about getting one but sense I dont have an air deflector piece then I wouldnt be able to use the bottom plate.I already have the fra mod but was wondering if I would gain any just by using the upper portion of their kit.The car has no ac cause well its a beater but a nice looking one he he he.Any input is very grateful thanx.Time for the spinarune. <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" />

Are you sure you have no place to attach a couple screws on the bottom plate or rig something up? <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

The upper part helps, but the lower plate really makes the set-up work.

Even though you don't have an air-deflector peice, the bolt pattern should still be there, so you can still install the bottom plate of the FTRA. If, for some odd reason, there isn't a bolt pattern going across where the air-deflector used to be....you can always just use the radiator bracket.

Booker man,

The holes to mount the lower plate will still be present on the car. However, I would be seriously concerned that you do not have that lower black air deflector on the vehicle. This piece is what routes air into the radiator for proper cooling. Without it, your cooling system will suffer and you could risk overheating.
