Knock Sensors/Valley Cover

Knock Sensors/Valley Cover Is there any certain way to get the knock sensors and valley cover off of the motor. I got the valley cover up about 1/2" and felt a bunch of resistence. I've still got the knock sensor wiring on it and haven't disconnected it. The motor is out, just transfering stuff to the new one.

They are a PITA but you need to unscrew the sensors with a long socket. Not sure what size it is though. Disconnect the wiring too.
