HELP! Passenger side SLP LT install
I got the drivers side in....How the hell do you get the Passenger side up into place????They say to pry the tranny over....Any help would be highly appreciated....the car is stuck on the lift for the night...I will try again tommorrow....
Never did this on a F-body but i would loosen trans mount bolts and or motor mounts to make life easier. Just dont scratch that Thermal coating!

Good that you have a lift... In some cases it takes about 3 people.. You must disconnect the transmission crossmember from the body (4 bolts). Let it hang down a bit and have someone or 2 pry the engine/trans over to the drivers side while you slide it in.. I would also make sure you re-routed your wires before installing that side!!!

Like they said but you have to have it just right and like three people or it wont work. Pry the trany over as far as possible , take the heat shield off and the starter. I just did these and never again. Good luck, man do they sound nice.
