After the install drive it aound for about 20 minutes come back and change the oil to get the oil with dirt and debrie out that got in there during your install.....make sure you have no leaks and that everything is nice and tight...on a roller cam you do not need break in oil..just run what you do all the time ..then start enjoying your new cam..some folks like to heat cycle the springs a douple of times before getting on it..but it is ready to go when you change your oil..this is much too talk about about nothing..
