Oil gauge ?

Oil gauge ? Hello y'll,
a question,
when i start the car in the morning, my oil gaguge jumps up to like one more section after the middle(40),and than after it warmed up, and i dont drive but just stay, car is still on, my gauge goes to like one section down after the middle, and when i step on it, the oil gauge jumps with it, the harder i step the higher it goes, but i guess not higher than the one more section after 40.
Also, i just noticed that car was staying in the garage for like a 4 hours, and still can see that the oil gauge shows some pressure.
Is it all how it's supposed to be ?
