Default Engine surging at operating temp?!?

I noticed the past few days when my car is cold it idles good, but when it gets to operated temp it starts to surge. It hasn't done this before and it has already had Ed Wright tuning. Any ideas??

give up some more details like what kind of rpm spread on the surge? any codes?
you know, the obvious stuff so that some may be able to answer the question or at least give you a good starting point.

Did you ever open the hole a bit in the throttle plate? That is required with any larger cam and usually takes care of it.

surging from 11-1300 and no codes, as far as the throttle hole is is drilled to 15/64.

If you have access to Autotap check your IAC counts. They should be between 35-40 for good idle.
