who made a modified cam retainer plate?

I remember someone a while back making a modified cam retainer plate to take care of some problems with wearing.

anybody remember who this is?? I'm putting together a new motor and would like to do all the preventive maintenance I can.

Yea, there is a write up on Vinci high performances website. I don't think it was much more than cutting a few grooves in the plate to allow for more oil around the snout of the cam.
