Default Need help putting back on stock pulley

I have been trying to heat this thing up and no luck. I can just get it on but the bolt won't reach the threads in the crank. I didn't really want to hammer on such a vital componnent so I haven't tried that yet. What all have you guys done to get this thing back on?

Thanks, mrTNT
