Is this hurting my set-up? I am running a 98 SS Camaro with a set of ported heads, Thunder Racing 224 cam, Macs and ORP through a stock Single outlet exhaust. I love the tone but am nervous that I may be giving up some power. Anybody know the quality of this particular exhaust system. If possible I would like to keep the Single outlet exhaust just because you do not see many of them. Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated

Re: Is this hurting my set-up? Hey is this Dan?? I have heard that the 98 single exhaust is quite restrictive. I know its rare, but I really don't like the look of it. It looks too much like a "fart pipe" If you want something quiet go with the SLP dual-dual. I wouldn't trade my loudmouth for anything right now!

Re: Is this hurting my set-up? Hey Nick! You know the saying, one mans junk is another mans treasure! I like the loudmouth, but with an ORP like I have I think it may be to loud. I had heard that the single outlet cannon on the 98 SS was one of the "better" flowing stock systems. Depending on the responses I may run a cut out, or explore some other options. And hey quit pickin on my Fart Pipe!
