I'm thinking about ditching my cats but the problem is my car already too loud, so I need to do a setup that will not make the car any louder or hopefully quieter.
My current setup is:
Grot headers
3" Ypipe with dual Random Tech 3" cats
SLP Loudmouth
I was thinking about doing:
3" offroad Ypipe with a Dynomax race magnum welded in
Replace Loudmouth resonator with another race magnum
How do you think the loudness would compare to what I have now?
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The idea is to get an increase in power by getting rid of the cats without making it louder than what I have now.
BTW, I know the easiest thing would be to ditch the Loudmouth, but I want to do this without the cost of buying another catback.
