Cylinder#7 Misfiring
We put my car on the computer diagnostics, because it has been missing. The computer showed a bad miss coming from #7 and a slight miss from #1. The car has new msd wires and ngk plugs. Any ideas?

Check the sparkplug first. Even if it's not the problem, looking at it might give you a clue. If not, then try grounding it to the block and cranking the engine to see if it sparks. If the plug is good, this will tell you if you have a problem with your coil.
If that doesn't reveal the problem, then do a compression test as it could also be a bent valve.

It could be the wores it started after you changed them I know a few people that had MSD's and they would pop just a bit off the plug and causea misfire (just one the CPU would pick up ) are you felling a misfire or is it just a code .
if you feel it swap the coil with another cylinder and see if the code comes up with the new cylinder if not start looking at
Bent pushrod
Bad piston
Bad fuel injector
