Default Head/Cam Install

Looking at Precison Race Components Stg 2.5 5.3L Heads & Cam from TSP and trying to do a little reseach on install prices. Based on mods in sig, is this a good plan for my next mod?

What would be a fair install of above package? Will a tune be required afterwards?

**Edit : This is a daily driver vehicle.

I called a few places about heads/cam and they were all around $800-$1000. Didn't really seem that bad to me but I figured that money would go better toward a tranny, so I'm doing it myself. Just tore it apart today.
