Mine has trapped in the 120's and it's full weight. I believe the last time I had it on the scale it was 3520.

That's much quicker than what I'm used to seeing. There is one car that I know of that does that but he is one of those guys that just keeps working on his setup. Most of the head/cam cars in my area don't trap 120.

Ive seen 2 different fbodies with stock heads/custom exhaust/aftermarket clutches/and street tires go 118+ with a 228/228 cam and the other had the G5x2.

My best trap to date is 119.8, stock heads FM13 cam and bolt ons. I have some weight reduction though. If it wasn't for the spool, I would have no problem with daily driving it. Shifting at 6200.

But people shifting at 6700rpms isn't really safe... hahah That's a risk everytime you rev it that high. I'm more interested in the cars revving to 6400rpms in their cam only cars trapping in the high 11x's

Well I'm sure I could set my shift light at 6400 and trap at close to the same speed. The only reason I have it set that high is because I rarely drag race or actually use the shift light. Most of the time on the street I am shifting before the light even comes on. I was just giving the circumstances where I ran the quoted speed.

I traped low 120s with an LS6 cam and heads, but my friends Brandon went 118mph with just LS6 cam and bolt-ons.
