Default LS7 VS. Eagle crank quality

Besides price, balancing and the longer snout. I have an LS7 crank and the quality seems pretty good. Which crank do you think is the higher quality and the stronger of the two. I'm having doubts if the "chinese" 4340 eagle crank is much better than the 4140 GM LS7 crank.

Thanks

Your going to have trouble using the LS7 crank because it was designed for use with titanium connecting rods, which are MUCH lighter than your typical forgred rod. Thus, you will have a hell of a time balancing the bottom end, so much that it may not be possible. I have an Eagle crank for sale if you are interested, $600. It's made in the US, not China.

balancing is not an issue, it will most likely be an aluminum rod motor.

If you can get it balanced then I'd say go for it. However, I don't think anyone has grenaded an LS7 crank yet, so who knows how much power they can handle.
