Default NGK Plug Gaps

I'm preparing to switch out the factory plugs on my '02 for some NGKs. I don't have a power adder and I'm curious to know everyone's opinion on gap sizes. I know the TR55 comes at .050 and the TR5 comes at .035. Which do you prefer and why? TIA

TR-55 NGKs gapped at .050-.055 will be great for NA use.
