Default heads and cam

I'm getting Cartek Stage 2 heads and Thunder Racing 224/224-112 Camshaft for my 2000 Trans Am.
Is this a good set up? How much horsepower do I expect to gain with heads/cam combo?

MuscleCar, what state are you in ? Are you in NJ ? I have the Cartek Stage 2 heads but I use their cam. The cars performance is really good, especially in a C5 with "mediocure" gears.

I'm from New York. If I purchase Cartek heads, then I have to drive down there and let them do the installation.
