HELP!!! have 2 rounded off rocker bolts

If he is using the bolt-out and it is not physically turning on the bolt, his problem is leverage, not a rounded bolt.

i did the same thing to the same rocker..........


what i did was heat it up with a torch, then hit it with a hammer. From there i got a set of vice grips and he-maned it off.


the vice grips will mess the bolt up, it is a cheap botl, and you are going to need to replace it now anyway

If this bolt is under the cowl where a socket wouldn't fit a flare nut wrench (which is 6pt.) would be best.

Id try to go with those craftsman extractors. I use them all the time at work to get of rusty *** rounded off nuts and bolts.
