They suck!!!
Stock manifolds are just as good. There doesn't seemt o be a cheap deal for ls1 headers. You gotta spend the $$

Yeah, those are just regular SBC headers.

Regardless, the Hooker shorties are not much better than stock (they are also 1 5/8 primaries, 2.25" collectors). It's not even the price issue, it's the hassle of installing headers for very minimal gains. When I get headers, I'm getting LTs and never doing it again <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
