Default LS6 cam, how much gains and other questions..

Hi. I am new to the board, and I have a 2000 Camaro Z28, automatic, most of the bolt on modifications (FTRA, LID, Macs headers, off roads, Borla, ported maf and tb, LS6intake, and free mods. And a Yank TP4400 converter. How much will I gain with a LS6 cam, and how much will driveability be affected? Will everyone be able to tell that I have a cam? Will I be able to pass emmissions? Will my car still idle smoothly? I would like to gain ~15 hp, is this possible? THank you, and cool board. <img src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />

here is some desktop dyno 2000 calculated
data on some popular cams including the LS6
(1999-2000) http://ls1info.com/article.php?sid=63
what you did not know about 2001-2002 LS6

It will be a sleeper cam.. your idle will be fine

you may get 15 rwhp from it..

here is some other setups that you may want to see
