HELP! which converter with my mods? vig 3200? I have a 99 trans am with the ati #5 kit (plan on going to #8 boost though), slp longtubes, borla cat back. I drive mostly on the street, but want my car as fast as possible, while still being able to drive on the street. I am thinking the vigilante 3200 will be the best??? isn't it actually a 3800??
WHERE is the cheapest place to buy it?

The Vig 3200 is a good choice for a naturally aspirated application, but since you're going to be building a lot more torque with your Pro Charger, you may want to consider a converter with more holding capacity. The Pro Yank 3600 Extreme is a 258mm converter (vs. the smaller 245mm Vig). The PY3600E has an oversized lockup clutch made of Kevlar too which makes it ideal for blown applications. This converter would be a little better with a blower than the Vig 3200...more trap speed mph and more rwhp.
