also another head ? if i go with patriot and money wasnt an issue would it be better to order bare heads and custom build them up or order a completed set?

If moneys not an issue then you can get a aftermarket set of heads with upgraded springs .650'' installed by a perfomance shop shipped to you ready to bolt on.

so whats some good cams to give alot of power? i know they keep coming up with new ones but whats some well known dyno proven cams?

i was looking at the LG Cams they say that they have seen them produce 70 horses isnt that a little high number?

the 00 was built up by my dads friend, the 02 Z is my g/f's but i drive it more than her and have been modding it here and there cause shes getting her something else soon prob. and the 02 SS is my daily/weekend warrior car. the 67 was my dads first car and we are doing a father/son rebuild to it.

i have a cam only car right now im trying to save up for heads (i need to find a job im in college) but the cam i am running is the LG G5X2 and i love it LG makes a really good cam with there G5 series anyone of those im sure will give you the power you want right now for a cam only car

G5X3 its what I got 234/242 is the duration and also 112 lsa BADASS CAM IMO.

what size cam would be overkill you think for a car thats driven alot im just trying to get some ideas of how buig i can go or cant go.

The two videos shows the same cam ..1 step above the G5X3 ..A G5X4 running 11's and cruising around ..what more could you want . The reason the camaro doesnt hold a idle is because the tuner is lazy on his own stuff.A G5X3 with a 112LSA would be even more street friendly.

look at the MS3&4 and the g5x3&4 and if none of those seem to have what you are looking for then i might consider a T-REX

who makes the MS cams that may be a stupid ? but i wasnt sure. also is there a G5X4 cam the only ones they have without getting a custom one is the...

That yellow Vette in the videos is mine. (Y2Kvert4me is my nick on the Corvetteforum).

Just to qualify that "cruising around" video, that was the very first time I'd driven the car after the change from the stock cam to the X4, and the car was also completely untuned. You can see some scanning was being done during that drive, but nothing was uploaded prior to that drive.

That vid was not really done to impress anyone, it was a short drive to do some data logging, and I was still very much getting a feel for the car's new manners. The only thing impressive about it, is it shows the fact the car can be driven rather sedately in traffic with no problem.

As for stock heads, they were in that vid, but I'm currently in the process of upgrading to 59cc TEA stage2 5.3's and flycutting..
