Whats the biggest size washer I can go with while fitting under the SS hood?

Buy a bunch of regular fender washers, before I bought a WS6 lower I think I had something like 6-10 washers.

 

The WS6 lower airbox will fit an SS? I was looking at rasing my lower airbox a while back, but it looked like I could not raise it much without it scraping the under side of the hood. If the WS6 lower will fit, I may just replace mine with it. Is the WS6 lower different than the regular T/A?

WS-6 lower will fit a Firebird with a flat hood, but will not fit t any Camaro; not even the SS.

 

Put a strip on masking tape on lid and a strip on hood . get kids play do, put a round ball of play do on top of lid, close hood compress the play do, add washers untill you are happy

 

Sorry bout the WS6 lower airbox thing, I've got a Firehawk. But yea, do what the other guy said and put playdough on it to check clearance.
