I also disconnected the battery too....

Need programing? Stock or mod? O2s tell the puter state of exhaust so IT can adjust accordingly. Remember, the O2 COMPARES the O2 from exhaust in ur pipe to THE AIR OUTSIDE of ur O2. Oil leaks/ exhaust leaks will cause the O2 to be inaccerate(sp). Smoke/exhaust around the O2. Me? you've got another problem. Seems to me you need to relearn crank profile. Just mt .02. Hope this helps!

IT's FIXED!!!
Well first I cleaned the TB, no good, still weird, then I pulled one of the plugs to check the gap..
they were .035 (nitrous setting, I was going to spray the car, but sold the kit fter a month or so, low finds...)
anyway adjusted to .050 and the car is as smooth as can be!
Even though I hate Fluffy.......

Hey Guys, I need some help solving this...
I just had both my cats replaced. They said it was due to all the Misfires I was having. Mods at the time where a Gutted Maf, Lid. (I am an '01 A4 with 52,000 miles too btw) They told me to change my plugs & plug wires.
Now, last Saturday I put on the SLP Loudmouth Exhaust, I was still getting the misfires before this, but now I they are more noticeable.
I also changed the NGK TR6s to Autolite 103s, and added the GM Performance 8mm wires.
Last night I unpluged my battery for about 3 hours, so I know the PCM was cleared out.
I'm still getting misfires while I'm at idle, with the car in gear. It idles at about 5-600 RPMs, then will drop down below 500. In Neutral & Park, it idles at 7-800 (this is after the car warms up. When cold it idles at a steady 800 or so RPMs.
Now, since it happens after the car is warmed up, I'm guessing it's an input parm somewhere, since the car is in an Open Loop by then.
I checked for an air leak after the MAF and I seem to be fine, so.....
What Input things should I check with Autotap to see what's causing it?
The dealership checked my 02 sensors and said they were fine.
I'm gonna put my Gutted MAF ends back to stock.
Any other ideas/suggestions for me to try, or order in which I should do things?
Any help is appriecated.

I'm glad to hear that you got it fixed. Just to let you know, w/ the stock LOW idle I got misfires as well. The 525 RPM in gear absolutely sucks, and it would throw the SES light if I had been idling too long (usually in the staging lanes @ the track). I had Ed Wright delete my misfire codes, so I no longer have that problem. FWIW, I'm running TR-55's gapped @ .050".
