Default Stock Components Power Handling

What are the power handling of the stock crank, rods with ARP bolts, head gasket, and hardware?

Almost everything about LS1 is sturdier than old style small block Chevy, and i have made 656 hp at 7000 rpm with stock crank, rods, block. I would use good head gaskets and Arp head bolts on a LS1 build up, but for drag racing i dont see why it wouldnt handle 700hp Plus, for short duration running. It also depends on how you are building power, boosted you wouldnt have to rev motor as high to make big power so rod bolts wouldnt be as important as on a N/A hi hp motor.

I want to turbocharge my LS1. I also want to make it a daily driver. LS1 Motorsports offers a package that contains forged, stock-replacement piston, Moly rings, match stock rods with ARP bolts and bearing. How much more can my motor handle with that?

GP i cant give you experienced answer but crank and rods are much nicer than what i was using .Check with ARE or some of the other LS1 sponsors about reliability of head seal and lower end components of LS1. I personally have a lot of confidence in the LS1's design.
