Default centerforce dual friction clutch??

i have a trans am ws6 1998 m6. i want to know if the centerforce dual friction clutch is good?? the car is a pretty much daily driven. i probably will only race in the summer about 5 times. so i want to know if it is a good clutch for some racing and i want it to be durable as an everyday driven car. it is pretty cheap and i know i need a clutch soon, so that seems to be my best bet. any suggestions about maybe a different one that is just as cheap that will maybe give me more performance?? how does it grab?? thanks

This should be asked in the drivetrain forum.

Well, I have personally ran a Centerforce dual friction in my camaro and it held great...for about 3 months. I dont even really drive a car THAT hard, I never took it took the track. It just cooked under some powershifting. I wouldnt buy it again but the price is hard to beat. Ive heard great things about the McLeod. <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[Burnout]" />
