Well if your going to get them to do installation and a cam at the same time with just LS1 S2 heads, 7,000! That's what they quoted me. Sounds pretty crazy to me.

 

I'd install it myself. Besides, MTI is 1500 miles away from me <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Are you sure they didn't also add in the price of other items such as headers, gaskets, intake, and other such items in your quoted price?

 

No, they just said S2 heads and cam package and installation for it. I couldn't believe that. I'm gonna check out GTP when the time comes.

 

FYI - the last time I checked, LS6 heads could be purchased at pace performance for $631 per head plus $30 per head for shipping to Houston.
