Default Most HP?

In light of the E-town noise issue, which set-up would yield the best results?

FLPs,Cats, and Loudmouth

or

FLPs, offroad Y, and a high flow cat back with a muffler?

I had TTS LT's with cats and a Loudmouth. Car was quiet at idle and part throttle. Under WOT it was extremely loud... <img src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" border="0" alt="[devil]" />

Run the offroad Ypipe and 3 inch int pipe into a dynomax ultra flo welded 3 inch muffler with single tailpipe on the drivers side. Highest flowing and pretty quiet. (Muffler flows over 1000cfm)
Cheers,
Chris
