torn PCV hose
Do I replace the hose or is the front PCV hose on the same valve cover enough?
god, its one problem after another.

1 vote for just deleting the whole damn system.. hahah you wil thank me later
check my thread for details.
you want to put breathers wherever your PCV hose comes out of your valley cover. and also put breathers on the valve covers.
if you understand the way the system works it makes more sense, any line going into your intake manifold is pulling vacuum.. your intake is sucking the fumes through those hoses and into your intake manifold from your oil valley and valve covers.
make sense?

But, i am in favor of removing all of the Crap.. You can put a breather on the driver side rear and on the Filler cap... cap of the valve cover that had the hose the tore on you. (just keep the parts if you need to put back on to pass smog test or sell the car)
If you leave the PCV system there.. look into a oil catch can to keep the oil out of your intake. (search) Many are using the Cheap Home Depot solution. (Search again)
Good luck.
