Need Help with some Codes

Need Help with some Codes I autotaped my friends car tonight, and I got some interesting codes. And was wondering some input, on what you guys think.
PO171 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1
PO174 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
PO108 Manifold Absolute pressure [MAP] Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P1115 ECT Sensor Circuit High Voltage
PO118 ECT Sensor Circuit High Voltage
Basically my thoughts on the whole situation is the car is running lean due to a intake or vacuum leak, letting unmetered air in to the system, thus making the car run lean possibly? also, the ECT codes I beleive its the water temp sending unit must be fried, when I look at the gauge when im autotapping the temp just jumps from 150-175 to a negative 38! and the idle get really really weird, also, like the computer just went in to limp mode, also the tripometer keeps getting reset every now and thing when i start the car on and off.
On another note the Ltrims are constantly 25% lean condition, and the translator can't change it, so i guess i got a intake leak right? also this car seems to be drinking some water, but i dont see any in the oil, its not on the ground either, I dont think, and I sometimes notice some mild condensation out of the exhaust from time to time. so what do ya guys think?
oh I changed the plugs today, they were black, no white at all. and one was almost closed up, looks like a installer error, not the piston hitting it or anything....
so Im gonna look for intake leaks tommorrow, maybe flush the coolant system, see if i find anything, change the sensor if i can.... hopefully i can resolve some more issues for my friend, by the way im having fun haha.
