B1 cam peak HP rpm??

B1 cam peak HP rpm?? I am sure most of you know the specs on this grind 221/221 .558/.558 114 LSA.
At what rpm SHOULD this cam make peak HP with stage 2 heads and FLP longtubes with an A4 with Vig 2800. I am not interested in what the HP number is, just theoretically at what RPM it should occur.
Also, if the cam peaks at say 6500 rpm, how much lower would the HP be at say 7000 rpm?
