Default double springs worth it?

im thinking of getting the 228 r which has a lift of 561 and one package has springs rated up .600 lift but for another hundred dollars i can get the double roller springs rated up to .660.. is it worth the money?

i like the idea of extra insurance, but i'm sure a spring similar to 918s will do fine.

With that low lift, run the 918's. You'd be hurting performance by running dual springs on that cam.

921's are a great spring but really hurt your wallet. 918's do the job well and will save you some serious jack. I have even seem some guys run 918's with up to .605 lift and not have any problems.

the 918s should last a very long time with a cam with soft ramps like that cam.any reason you are going with that cam over one just like it but with xer lobes which will have .588 lift ?
