What are teh stock cam specs for the different year LS1s?

What are teh stock cam specs for the different year LS1s? Just curious about them. I was bored and mic'ed a stock 02 LS1, multiplied what I got by 1.7 rockers and came up with .469 lift... seems kinda low. I beleive the base circle was 1.55 inches. Does anyone have the exact specs on the different year LS1s?

270/272 at .006" tappet lift
199/208 at .050" tappet lift
LSA is 119.5 degrees and it appears Gm ground 3 degrees retard in the cam as it installs at 122.5 dot to dot.
Lift is right near or ever so slightly less than .500" at the valve.
There is a lot of false info out there on the stock 98 cams.I see it all the time.
This is correct and was very carefully measured.
I have no info on the later year ls1 f-body cams though.

Re: What are teh stock cam specs for the different year LS1s? My 98 stock cam Base circle measured 1.552. My heel to Nose measured 1.843. This is a difference of .291 x 1.70 rocker ratio yields a valve lift of .4947.
I then measured my 01 L06 cam and it measures 1.520 and 1.826, respectively. This gives a cam lift of .306 x 1.70 = .5202 valve lift.

Not to be to nitpicky, but stock rockers are actually a 1.71 ratio and not 1.70 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> .
My stock cam measures in at .498-.499"
If I use your lobe lift of .291", it works out very close to the actual measurments on my motor.

Good to know. I have always heard 1.70 but 1.71 gets us up to .4976 lift based on my measurements.
