Default spring specs

Crane 99876

Outer Diameter 1.565

Inner Diameter 2 0.740
Seat Pressure @ Installed Height 190 lbs @ 1.950

How would these do with a .750 lift cam?

Not so well if you installed them @ 1.950 (190#). They'd be in coil bind at .750 valve lift.

You need to choose a spring that will control the valve at the llift and rpm you plan to use. The spring requirements depend on that, plus lobe profile, valvetrain weights and stiffness, vehicle application, among other things. Your whole valvetrain needs to be looked at by your cam designer. While he may choose a spring that gets to within .050-.070 of coil bind, he won't choose one that gets into coil bind by design.

.750 is serious lift, and if you are planning serious revs, please get professional help choosing all of your valvetrain parts.
