Car is apart, which rocker arms? Harland Sharp, Yella Terra, or HS modded stockers?

Hey Bryan,

I have the new design YT. Got a good deal on them. Like I mentioned on CF, there was no noticeable difference on the dyno and no sign of float. But, they are much quieter than stock and that is what I was looking for.

If your wanting to save some money, stay with the stockers. The needle bearings are bathed in oil and exhibit very little wear so I wouldn't let that be a concern.

I also noticed my YT's reduced valvetrain noise considerably after the install.

Ordered me some of the new Yella Terra's w/ no added weight over the vavle stem. They're under $400 on ebay from new era performance.

I was going to do the HS beefed up stockers, but those are almost $300, so I figured I'd spend the extra few bucks to get roller tips for a quiter valvetrain post cam.

Stock Stock Stock Stock Stock Stock Stock If its good enough for ASA cars its good enough for you. As for the needle bearings puking I don't know of to many aftermarket rockers that have proven themsleves for 70K !

Like I said I was going to spend the money of the HS modded stockers... but for an extra hundred I can get the rollerized tips and reduce valvetrain noise.

Apparently the new YT design alleviates the "weight over the valvestem" issue of most aftermarket rollerized rockers.
