HELP IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE!!Plug question!!!!!
I pulled out the plugs today and one of them was shot. No electrode(burnt up to the radius and part of the ceramic is GONE. I replaced them all, put new wires on and now the car runs worse that it did with the bad plug. Before I only noticed when decelerating that it was missing, Now it seems like its missing on 5 cyliders.
Stupid question. I put die-electric grease on the plug wires (new taylor 10.4mm) right on the contacts. Is that OK!! I checked the connections and thats the only thing I changed. Have I blown up my motor or what?

put your stock plug wires back on and let us know how it works out for you. I had Taylors before and they were pieces of **** and kept falling apart on me. I've used stock wires with no problems for 2 years now.
And NO, wires don't give you any performance on our cars. We have a very good ignition system.

like an ***, i didn't tighten the wires onto the coils right. they sure as hell didn't click the first time. this time 4 of em double clicked right away. sorry guys AND THANKS FOR THE HELP NINEBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love2xlr8, die electric grease is a insulator of ignition voltage, i would wipe it off of all contact terminals, and use it on porcelain of plugs and around boots at coil connection. You dont want to insulate voltage to plugs, just from ground sources.
