What do you think about this. Does oil require a break in period? Or is changing your oil at the track the best thing to do for you car?
I thought i'd ask first (seems like a dumb question) but i didnt want to get a scientific response later on down the road about how oil needs to be broken in for x amount of hours ect.
Any thoughts? Is this a no brainer?

I cannot imagine a oil needing a break in period. The fresher it is, the better it is.
If your there at the track and you have a way of disposing of the oil properly, by all means go for it.
Dont hesitate to ask questions... we all have been there before.
Good Luck!

I think you've just redefined 'overkill'. Nothing wrong with changing your oil at the track I suppose, but damn, if you're gonna be that **** about it, just change it at home and then trailer it in.
