Default Advice on H/C and Headers

I'm just getting ideas for my build up. I would really like anyone's input on cam suggestions, heads, and headers.

1st, it's a 99' Formula w/3600 Vig stall w/323 gears.
I would like a cam in the 222/224 .566/.566 range...I'm going to keep the heads stock for probably another 6-8mos. Then I'm probably going to get MTI stage 2's put on. So my question is, with an A4, what are THE BEST (MONEY IS NO CONCERN FOR SPRINGS AND PUSHRODS) Springs for STOCK HEADS, and then for Custom heads, I think the Double springs require some modification to the spring seat?

And besides FLP's, what the concensus on headers? Dynatechs are too big, but I really want LT's. Has anyone had any experience w/the new Hookers??

TIA!!! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

If that's where you want a cam then get one there!
How about a Comps Cams LS1 High Rpm Grind of 214/224 .559/.568 and put them on a 112 or 114 LSA. That cam will still give you the HP you are looking for with a bunch more low end and mid range for that TQ convereter of yours. Both sets of heads should like that cam.

You have already seen my reply to this via email.

Kris, you have read the "cam info" on my web page? It's been updated very recently and there is a lot more info there now.

Kris, if you have any questions, let me know. You know the number.

I know John, and I have read your site, I'm just looking for some good experience's w/several cams.

I know kinda what I want, but, I just don't want to make a hasty choice then be pissed later.

Kinda like the fool that buys a 2800 stall then kicks himself 3mos later for not getting the 3600. <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />
