Oil level was fine, at the top of the xxxxxx on the dipstick.

since i just read this post ill throw my vote in for the rod bearings gone too.

fix it now or it might cost you alot more in the long run.

there is a listing in the classified section I think it says high performance ls1 stuff in the heading. Anyway there is a 422 ci spinning assemble for $5000 scat crank lunnati rods wiesco pistons. in the same listing there is also a 382 short block don't remember the price. Good luck on the rebuild or motor swap. Rich
