Default Need help with identifying cam and rods...

Hey guys, I bought a T1 and chrome-moly rods from a member of Ls1.com. These items were 'used' but brand new/never been installed. Anyway, I just want to double check and make sure everything checks out. On the end of the cam is inscribed:
LS1 3769R/3769R
HR112

2871 C (this is upside down)
V0065

Is this a T1? Second question is about the rods: is there any way to tell chrome-moly rods from the stock rods? There is Motorsport Technologies, Inc. 7.400" .080" inscribed on each rod, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

The 3769R on the cam are the lobe grind #'s. I don't know what the specs are for that #, but it is a single pattern cam w/112ls.

The pushrods you describe are stock lenght .080 wall chromemoly pushrods. You don't mention color, but all the chromemoly ones I've seen are black.

Sounds like you got what you were supposed to...

Yeah, the rods are a very dark color. Thanks for the help George.

Jon...'bout time you signed up over here. Don't worry, I'll never be faster than you because it takes me months just to do one mod. By the time I get my headers and cam installed you'll be running nitrous. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
