Default Spring Help

I have a comp cam .605 .609 54-448-11 I wanted to know what is the smallest lift spring i could use. I feel like an idiot asking because i have heard from a not very trust worthy guy that if the springs rate is close to the cam then i could use it. I wanted to ask here first.

i would go with a dual spring like prc, crane or comps. some people might say that you can use 918's with it.
