I've been trying ot nail down this smoking and oil burning problem for a while now....
i've replaced the pcv vavle and still finding tons of oil in the intake.

so i did a vacuum check this evening,and i found that at a warm idle,it is only pulling 13 in/hg of vacuum.. this seems rather low to me... i can't find any kind of vac leak anywheres. what should it be with the hotcam at idle . i was thinking around 18.
could the cam being installed a tooth off or something like that cause a low vac situation?

can low vac cause oil consuption?

the two vac lines that are connected MAP sensor on the very back of the intake? what are they,where do they go? i know the big one is for the brake booster...waht about the little one?

how about the egr vavle....could it stick open and cause a vac leak? i am positive that it is not leaking around the oring
