Default Dyno results with TR224 Cam

Finally got a chance to dyno,
I did a best of 392.3 rwhp and 376 torque on my last run. The N/A run before that was 382.1 and 369.2 torque. The guy said I was running kinda rich on that run so I just leaned it out 10% and got 392.3 but on one of the graphs it says 389.3 and 2 of them say 392.3? Now this was with stock tuning except for the maf translator I wonder if I can get 400rwhp out of this car? Now on Nitrous I did not bad.
First run with a 100 shot I did 464.4 and 500 torque the guy at the shop said I should think about getting a intank fuel pump cause I’m not getting enough fuel.
Second run on a 125 shot was going to be pretty high maybe 500 rwhp but as you can see in the graph that my car just kinda fell on its face but still went 423.3rwhp and 545.4 torque. I had to cut that run short cause the SES was flashing and the car wasn’t running too good. I should of richened the car but it was still set at 2% lean on WOT stupid me!

2 of the N/A runs http://www.netsnapshot.com/users/628...WY_6283_25.jpg

3 N/A runs first run I let off cause my stupid shift light cam on early and 2 runs on N20
http://www.netsnapshot.com/users/628...Xc_6283_26.jpg

Same as above but also shows the Torque
http://www.netsnapshot.com/users/628...9I_6283_27.jpg
Sorry about these big *** pictures
One question is what would be better a inline fuel pump or intank fuel pump?

Awesome results! I would suggest getting your car tuned on a dyno with a wideband O2 and a competent ls1 edit tuner. I think 400rwhp with stock heads is not that far away for you.

Damn good numbers man. What happened with the first run, 366RWHP? You let off, but it looks like that was a bad run to begin with. It kind of looked like it was taking a dump around 4500. What change did you make between that and 382? 392RWHP though, that's damn good all motor, stock heads.

Also, it doesn't look like you were running out of fuel from the AF curve. It was looking reasonably good to me. But yeah, your power took a dump around 4500rpms again, was it KR? Did you autotap your car while dynoing?

How much did these guys charge for a dyno and AF?

You better be careful running spray that lean dude. You are going to NUKE your ringlands. Great all motor numbers but from the sounds of your NO2 numbers you are going to be in a world of hurt. I would look at a better fuel system and a leakdown test.
Cheers,
Chris

Black Magic pulled 397/403 with a little ol' Hot Cam and stock heads and no tuning. Soooo, in this pissing war I AM STILL KING!!

Awesome numbers Wicked... Maybe we oughta run N/A to N/A for Bay Area bragging rights! That or $500. (J/K)

Thanks guys,
I paid 65 for 4 runs not bad. The first run was BS I let off cause the stupid shift light came on.
The main 2 N/A runs all I did is lean it out 10%. I am pretty sure this car can hit 400 with a few tricks
No autotap was done while dynoing
akw408 - when can I get that fuel pump if you still have it and maybe some of your parts from the tnt?
SidewayZ-28
Yea I still work for Cingular but over here in Pleasanton and no 12 bolt for me....getting a 9 if everything goes right I will pick it up in a week
Chris ARE 360 yea I know what you mean thats why I am most likly going to upgrade the fuel pump and convert it to a wet shot.
Black Magic yea that would be cool, were those the same number you were putting down when my friend with the black drop Mustang pulled by just a little lol
I have tried to tell you and Mipaz we should do a lil 3 way but got no respond back on norcal? I am also going to maybe change the clutch cause its acting like a bitch when trying to race so I will mail you.

Hey Wicked, let me know if you need any help installing the nine. That's the route I went also.

Yeah, Rory had the fster car that night. Gotta give the boy his due... That's one fast 'Stang. I'd like to race him now that I have changed the suspension around a bit. We'l have to set something up some quiet night real soon. My trans is MIA for a few weeks, so we have time to plan.

Cheers,
Chris

I'm not sure where you're looking at. From what I see, I'm looking at the green line and it looks like it's in the low 13s and moves down to the high 11s in the AF. That doesn't sound like it's going to cause any damage.

The 125 shot seems alittle more iffy. Looks like a consistent 0.5 higher than the green line. But I don't think it's actually the fuel system, I think it's the tuning. I'll tell you why I say this. How much fuel does the car need at 6300rpms with a 100 shot? It's definately going to be more than what the car needs at 4000rpms with a 125 shot. There's an additional all motor 100RWHP between 4000rpms and 6000rpms that the injectors need to supply. So why would using an additional 25 shot cause fuel problems at 4000rpms when we know it was fine on the 100 shot? It might just be the PCM holding fuel back. It's just my personal opinion, but I think this could have been richened up by just twisting the MAFT WOT over 2 clicks. And to really know if it's a fuel problem or not, you could just stick on a fuel pressure gauge, which Wicked really should have done.

That being said, it's obviously better safe than sorry, and I'm all for selling Wicked my fuel pump. I just don't think he really was running out of fuel on those runs. If he was, he would have seen it when he made the 464RWHP run.

Wicked, I still have the fuel pump, any time you want it, let me know. Or just let me know when you want to install it and I'll drop on over with it and help out the install. I want to see how hard it is to install. It may be alittle more time before I can sell you parts of my NX kit.
