FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 228"/228" .576"/.576" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 2200-6600 RPM range, fair idle

I was looking at one to get in place of the 226/226 .581 .581 112 patriot cam i have because i want my A4 to break 400rwhp is anyone running this that can tell me a bit about it

it's going to be hard to get an a4 to break the 400 rwhp mark. a friend of mine has a 98Z a4 with an f14 and is around the 385 mark.

I have the F11 above that one, it made 381 RWHP through 4:10's and that is with stock heads.

Swapping the 226 cam for a 228 cam won't be worth the money. Go big or go home!

In all actuality, you shouldn't have a problem making 400rwhp with that cam and the heads. My friend has TEA 1.5 5.3l heads and a 224 cam making just over 400rwhp through his auto with a pretty decent stall.
