Default Rollmaster Double Roller Timing Chains instructins

i got one with no instructions and i need to advance 4 degrees . anyone have instructions that i can see or can soemone tell me i need to knwo by sun morning thanks.

I used to have mine. If I remember correctly, on the crank sprocket, each key hole represents 2 degrees.

but do i still line the dots on the gears cause that looks extreme

use the +4 keyway on the crank socket, but the tdc dot is on the +6 keyway, so make sure the cam dot lines up with the small dot above/offset of the keyway on +6.

see thats whats weird is there is no other dots on the crank gear only o

By the way, +4 does not mean 4 degrees of advance on the cam, it's way more than that. That's simply how rollmaster represents that mark on the crank gear. Think about it... look how much you're turning the crank gear as compared to how far the cam rotates when you do that. That's a bit more than 4 degrees.

thanks that does help..... im still gonna degree it to make sure the ICL is at 109 like it should be...
