Got my jwis chain in from Katech and have the stock reinold chain here in front of me as well. What is the difference as they both look the same to me?
The Renolds uses a cheap brittle iron material, the Jwis uses a much stronger Stainless Steel.
If you twist the Renolds too hard with your hands, it'll snap or crinkle like tin foil. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Throw the Renolds in the garbage!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />
The Jwis is the same length as the stock renolds.
1 open Q is whether the Cloyes crank/cam gears are larger than the stock gears or if the teeth are beter or the same.
