What are the atvantages of using titanium retainers, when I could reuse the stock one with my 918 springs.I know the weight savings but what else?

Also will 941 titanium retainers work with 918s?

The lighter weight gives the valve train more stability and lessens valve float. Also the less weight your valvetrain has the longer it lasts.
No, the 941 retainers will not work with the 918s.
